Alpha entered its second Monday with a noticeable drop in collections after showing better momentum over the second weekend.
Early trade trends suggest the film witnessed lower occupancy on Day 11, which is expected for a weekday, but it continues to add to its overall box office total.
The Alia Bhatt and Sharvari-led spy action thriller benefited from a healthy jump on Saturday and Sunday, helping it move closer to the ₹90 crore mark at the worldwide box office by the end of Day 10.
However, Monday has brought the usual slowdown as office-goers and students returned to their weekday routines.
According to early tracking, advance bookings for Day 11 remained modest, indicating that walk-in audiences will play a key role in the film’s final Monday total.
The film has already crossed ₹58 crore in tracked India gross collections, and Day 11 earnings will determine how strongly it can hold during the second week.
Although Alpha is facing competition from newer releases, it still retains screens across major cities. The coming weekdays will be crucial for its theatrical run before it gets another opportunity to grow during the upcoming weekend.
Trade analysts will be watching closely to see whether the film can maintain a steady pace and continue adding meaningful numbers to its lifetime box office collection.
