Venkatesh’s family entertainer Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 (also called AK 47), directed by Trivikram Srinivas, has completed one full week in theatres since its release on 30 October 2026. The numbers tell a clear story of a solid opening weekend followed by the usual weekday drop. After seven days, the film stands at approximately ₹63.95 crore worldwide.
India has contributed ₹48.20 crore gross (₹41.15 crore net), while overseas markets have added around ₹15.75 crore. The reported budget is in the ₹110–128 crore range including promotions, so recovery still has some distance to cover.
Here’s the day-wise India gross so far:
- Day 1 (Fri, 30 Oct): ₹11.40 Cr from 3,073 shows at 44.1% occupancy
- Day 2 (Sat, 31 Oct): ₹12.20 Cr from 3,192 shows at 48.1% occupancy (up 6.7%)
- Day 3 (Sun, 1 Nov): ₹13.25 Cr from 3,273 shows at 52.1% occupancy (up another 8.2%)
- Day 4 (Mon, 2 Nov): ₹3.95 Cr from 2,981 shows at 24.1% occupancy (down nearly 70%)
- Day 5 (Tue, 3 Nov): ₹3.05 Cr from 2,962 shows at 21.1% occupancy
- Day 6 (Wed, 4 Nov): ₹2.45 Cr from 2,919 shows at 18.0% occupancy
- Day 7 (Thu, 5 Nov): ₹1.90 Cr from 1,635 shows at 24.0% occupancy
The three day weekend was the strongest phase. Occupancy kept climbing from Friday through Sunday, and shows also increased slightly. That pointed to decent word of mouth among family audiences. Monday brought the expected sharp fall, which is common after a big weekend. The subsequent weekday drops have been more controlled, though the absolute numbers remain modest.
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana continue to drive the bulk of the business, with Karnataka contributing the next biggest share. Ticket sales and average per-show collections were healthiest during the opening weekend, especially in evening and night slots. Footfalls across the first week have been solid for a mid to big budget family film, though the high cost base means the film needs stronger holds going forward.
Overall, Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 opened respectably and grew through the weekend before settling into a quieter weekday pace. The next few days will show whether it can stabilise further or if the decline continues.
