12A Railway Colony arrives on OTT with an intriguing premise that initially raises expectations, especially for viewers looking for content-driven cinema. However, despite its strong core idea, the film struggles to sustain interest due to a routine and unfocused execution.
As the narrative progresses, the main plot gets diluted by a conventional hero–heroine love track, unnecessary songs, and Jabardasth-style comedy involving friend characters. What could have been a tight, grounded story instead turns into a predictable experience.
