About The Film
The film stars Prosenjit Chatterjee as an idealistic doctor and Riddhi Sen as his teenage son, whose differing ideals about their profession create deep friction between them. Ena Saha, Rajatava Dutta, Tulika Basu, Shreelagna Bandyopadhyay and Suchandra Bhattacharyay round out the supporting cast.
The story follows the father and son as they clash over their conflicting approaches to medicine and life, with the father representing honesty and service, and the son drawn toward the lure of quick, easy success through dishonest means. Their journey raises questions about corruption in the medical field and the values passed down between generations.
