About The Film
Secret Soldier follows Meera Vali and Prudhvi, two close friends from Nellore. Vali, played by Nihal Kodhaty, is deeply patriotic and dreams of joining the army to prove his love for the country, while his friend Prudhvi, played by Surya Srinivas, supports him in his own way.
Despite Vali’s efforts, his dream of formally joining the armed forces does not go as planned. Circumstances soon pull the two friends into a far more dangerous path than either of them anticipated, after a major leak of top secret national defense intelligence sets off a chain of events involving cross border conspiracies, satellite surveillance and espionage.
What starts as an ordinary friendship is tested as Vali and Prudhvi find themselves drawn deep into a web of secrecy, where the line between duty and danger becomes increasingly blurred.
Staying away from exaggerated action and leaning instead on realistic spy operations, the film follows the two friends as they navigate high stakes intelligence work far removed from their small town beginnings.
Without revealing how their mission unfolds, Secret Soldier builds its story around themes of patriotism, friendship and the personal cost of stepping into a world of secrets, following Vali and Prudhvi as they are pushed to prove themselves in ways neither of them ever expected.
