Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi, starring Ravi Teja, has been facing a tough run at the box office since its Sankranthi release. On Day 12, the film collected an estimated ₹0.09 crore in Indian gross, marking a noticeable drop from the previous day as audience interest waned amid strong competition from other releases like The Raja Saab and Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. This downward trend highlights the challenges for mid-budget films in a crowded holiday season.
Turning to Day 13, early estimates indicate an Indian gross collection of around ₹0.06 crore. While Sundays typically see a slight uptick in footfalls, the film’s occupancy remained low, with reports from major cities showing sparse crowds. This brings the total Indian gross to approximately ₹15.83 crore so far, reflecting a steady decline in daily earnings.
Overall, the movie’s performance has been underwhelming, recovering only a fraction of its budget despite positive word-of-mouth in some pockets. Industry observers attribute this to divided audience attention during the festive period, and future days may see even lower collections as new films enter the market.

About Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi and Future Prediction
Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi is a Telugu comedy-family-romantic drama directed by Kishore Tirumala, featuring Ravi Teja in the lead role alongside a supporting cast that brings humor and emotional depth to the story. The plot revolves around everyday family dynamics mixed with romantic elements, aiming to appeal to a broad audience during the festive season. Released on January 13, 2026, it faced stiff competition from bigger Sankranthi releases, which impacted its initial momentum.
Despite some appreciation for Ravi Teja’s energetic performance and the film’s light-hearted moments, the overall reception has been mixed, with critics noting familiar tropes that didn’t fully engage viewers. Theatre occupancy, based on available data from platforms like BookMyShow, hovered around 10-15% in key areas like Hyderabad and Vijayawada on recent days, indicating limited sustained interest.
Looking ahead, the film’s box office trajectory suggests it may struggle to cross ₹20 crore worldwide, potentially classifying it as a commercial disappointment. With daily collections dipping below ₹0.10 crore, its theatrical run could wind down soon, shifting focus to OTT platforms for recovery. Future predictions point to a total India net of around ₹14-15 crore, far short of breaking even against its ₹40 crore budget.
