Dacoit Day 11 Box Office Collection

Dacoit, the action romantic drama starring Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur, is showing signs of a typical second-week slowdown at the box office. On Day 10 (second Sunday), the film collected approximately ₹1.32 crore net in India, taking the cumulative India net to around ₹31.82 crore. This reflects a decent hold considering the film’s phase in its theatrical run.

Early estimates for Day 11, the second Monday, suggest collections in the range of ₹0.40 crore to ₹0.50 crore net. The trend indicates a significant drop from the weekend, which is common for most films unless there is exceptional word-of-mouth. The Telugu version continues to drive most of the business, while the Hindi dubbed version struggles in limited screens.

Overall, Dacoit has crossed the ₹50 crore worldwide gross mark and remains one of the notable performers among recent mid-budget releases. However, with a budget of ₹65 crore, it will need sustained collections or strong non-theatrical deals to achieve profitability.

11 Days India Net Collection ₹ 32.27 Cr
11 Days India Gross Collection ₹ 37.70 Cr
11 Days Overseas Collection ₹ 13.50 Cr
11 Days Worldwide Collection ₹ 51.20 Cr
Budget ₹ 65 Cr

About Dacoit and Future Prediction

Dacoit: A Love Story is a bilingual action romantic drama directed by Shaneil Deo. The film stars Adivi Sesh in the lead role of a vengeful convict, paired opposite Mrunal Thakur. It also features notable supporting performances by Anurag Kashyap, Prakash Raj, and others. The narrative blends intense action sequences with emotional undertones of love and betrayal, appealing particularly to Telugu audiences.

As the film enters its second week, it has demonstrated resilience in key markets like Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where occupancy has remained relatively better. However, the Hindi version has not gained significant traction nationwide. The mixed reviews have impacted its wider appeal, yet fan loyalty towards Adivi Sesh has helped it achieve respectable numbers for a mid-budget project.

Looking ahead, Dacoit is expected to continue with low single-digit daily collections in the coming days. It may end its theatrical run with India net collections between ₹35-40 crore. While this may not fully recover the ₹65 crore budget through theatricals alone, strong ancillary revenues could turn it into a viable venture. Sustained performance in South India will be key to its final verdict.
