Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar Review
The story stays light and familiar. Three friends, now dealing with adult life, decide to attend the reunion. Old crushes reappear, friendships get tested, and the usual mix of confusion, attraction, and awkward situations follows. The film keeps the focus on relationships, second chances, and the messy side of modern dating without going into heavy territory.
Early audience response on social platforms has been mixed but leaning towards mild positivity among younger viewers. Many have praised the fresh cast for their energy and comic timing. Sparsh Walia, Kunal Vaid, and Sargun Kaur Luthra have been mentioned often for carrying the friendship track well. The music, especially the softer tracks, has also drawn appreciation.
Common complaints point to a slow first half, predictable situations, and writing that feels stretched in places. Overall sentiment suggests it works better as a casual watch with friends rather than a standout theatrical experience. The film will appeal most to viewers who enjoy light romantic comedies with friendship at the centre and do not mind formulaic beats.
Its strengths lie in the youthful cast chemistry and pleasant soundtrack. Weaknesses include uneven pacing and limited emotional depth in the romantic tracks. For those who like this brand of comedy, it can make for an okay theatre outing. Others may prefer waiting for streaming when expectations are lower.
