Hanuman Ansh, the Hindi spiritual drama based on the life of Neem Karoli Baba, has turned into one of the biggest sleeper hits of 2026. The Vishal Chaturvedi film opened on 7 August 2026 with just ₹0.10 crore on Day 1 and looked almost over after two weak weeks.
Word of mouth then changed everything. By Day 23 (Saturday, 29 August), the film had collected ₹27.38 crore India net and ₹32.33 crore India gross.
Worldwide total is the same, as overseas business is still negligible. Made on a reported budget of around ₹2 crore, the film is now firmly in Super Hit territory.
The real jump started from Day 17. After collecting only ₹1.48 crore in the first 14 days, the film added more than ₹10 crore in Week 3 alone. Saturday’s ₹9.25 crore became its highest single-day collection so far.
