Our Review of Dhinga Masti
This Gujarati film Dhinga Masti is all about these playful kids in school who get into big trouble when they find out about a smuggling racket using innocent children. It’s got that mix of fun masti and serious bravery, where the kids and their principal join hands to fight the bad guys. The young actors do a decent job showing courage, and it’s a simple story that reminds you of old school adventure tales. Good for family watch, but might feel a bit slow in parts if you’re looking for high action.
What Worked
- The kid focused story keeps it light and inspiring, showing how even small ones can be heroes.
- Gujarati flavor with local touches makes it relatable for regional folks.
- Message against child exploitation hits the right note without being preachy.
What Didn’t Work
- Pacing drags a bit in the middle, could have been tighter.
- Not much star power, so it might not pull big crowds outside Gujarat.
- Production values seem basic, nothing fancy like big Bollywood stuff.
