About The Film
Motor City is set in 1970s Detroit. John Miller, a working-class man, falls for Sophia, the girlfriend of a powerful local gangster named Reynolds.
In response, Reynolds frames Miller for a crime he did not commit and has him sent to prison. After years behind bars, Miller is released and begins a carefully planned campaign of revenge against the man who destroyed his life.
The film follows his path as he confronts Reynolds and those connected to him. The story is told with almost no dialogue, relying instead on action, atmosphere, and a strong musical score.
