Our Review of Son of Muthanna
Son of Muthanna is a Kannada family drama that gives a nice message to parents and children about understanding each other. The story feels real with good acting, but it goes slow sometimes without big excitement. From social media, people like the heartfelt parts, but theatre occupancy is low around 10-15% due to no big stars and tough competition. Good for family watch if you like simple emotional tales, but nothing too special.
What Worked
- Emotional army father-son theme – trailer hooks you with that legacy vibe right away.
- Strong cast like Pranam Devaraj and Kushee Ravi – brings authenticity to the family bonds.
- Kannada roots with heartfelt story – perfect for regional audiences craving desi feels.
What Didn’t Work
- Limited pre-release promo – hope theaters fill up on buzz alone.
- Modest budget might limit scale – relying heavy on script and acting.
- Release clash with other films – could split the crowd a bit.
