Many multiplexes in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune are running at 60-80% occupancy, with several shows housefull. Mass belts have also picked up in evening shows. The film is now comfortably heading towards ₹19-20 Cr India gross today, which will be an excellent 45%+ jump from Friday.
Afternoon Update (2:30 PM IST): Afternoon and matinee shows have shown very good occupancy, averaging 40-45% nationally. South India and Maharashtra circuits are leading the charge. Advance booking for evening/night shows is also looking strong. At this rate, Tere Ishk Mein is tracking for ₹18.50-19.50 Cr India gross today – a healthy 36-43% growth from opening day.
Morning Update (10:30 AM IST): Morning shows opened at around 22-27% occupancy across India (better in metros, decent in tier-2 cities). Overseas centres (mainly Gulf, USA, Canada) reported 30-40% for morning shows. Early trends suggest the film will easily cross ₹18 Cr India gross today and can touch ₹20 Cr if night shows remain strong.

About Tere Ishk Mein and Future Prediction
Aanand L Rai’s Tere Ishk Mein has struck the right chord with the audience looking for an intense romantic drama. Dhanush’s powerful performance and the film’s emotional depth are being praised the most. Saturday’s big jump indicates the word of mouth is positive and working strongly.
If Sunday holds at similar or slightly higher levels, the film will comfortably cross ₹65-70 Cr in its opening weekend, which will be a very good result. A final lifetime total in the ₹140-160 Cr range looks very much possible, and with strong trending it can even challenge ₹180 Cr if it sustains well into the weekdays.
