Our Review
Arasayyana Prema Prasanga is a fun Kannada comedy drama about Arasayya, a simple guy looking for love and trying to keep his family happy, leading to lots of funny mix ups and sweet moments. Mahantesh Hiremath does a good job as the lead in his first big role, and Rashmitha Gowda adds nice charm. The rural setting feels real with relatable jokes, and the music is catchy too. But as a new film, some parts might feel a bit raw, and it doesn’t have huge hype yet. Still, it’s a light hearted watch for family with laughs and heart.
What Worked
- The rural setting and relatable comedy bits in the trailer feel genuine and fun.
- Mahantesh Hiremath’s performance as the simple guy chasing love adds a nice touch.
- Music by Pradeep Praveen and Rakesh Acharya’s score seems catchy for the drama parts.
What Didn’t Work
- Pre release hype is decent but not massive, might affect opening crowds.
- As a debut film, some parts could feel raw if the pacing slips.
- Supporting stories might not stand out if focused too much on the main plot.
