The Raja Saab Day 12 Box Office Collection: Prabhas’ Film Faces Continued Decline – Early Estimates
The Raja Saab, Prabhas’ latest horror-comedy, showed no signs of recovery on day 11, pulling in about ₹0.9 crore net in India. This marks a steep drop from the second weekend, where collections hovered around ₹2.5 crore on Sunday. With mixed reviews and fading word-of-mouth, the film is struggling to hold screens amid competition.
Early estimates for day 12 suggest even lower earnings, around ₹0.7 crore net, as weekday trends continue downward. Theatre occupancy dipped to 12-15% in key Telugu markets like Hyderabad and Vijayawada, based on BookMyShow data and trade reports. Hindi belts saw single-digit footfalls, reflecting limited appeal outside core fans.
Overall, the movie has crossed ₹140 crore net in India after 11 days, but the pace is worrying for a big-budget release. Sankranti hype helped early days, yet the lack of repeat viewership is evident. If this slide persists, lifetime collections may stall below expectations.

About The Raja Saab and Future Prediction
The Raja Saab follows Prabhas as a carefree guy who inherits a haunted palace, blending laughs with spooky twists. Sanjay Dutt plays a menacing role, while Nidhhi Agerwal and Malavika Mohanan add romance. Directed by Maruthi, the film mixes Telugu folklore with modern humor, but critics noted uneven pacing and over-the-top effects.
Despite a starry cast and Thaman’s catchy tunes, the movie got mixed feedback, praising Prabhas’ charm but calling out weak horror elements. It started strong thanks to fan buzz, but collections crashed post-Sankranti due to competition from Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu.
Looking ahead, day 12’s low estimates signal trouble. With occupancy under 15% and screens reducing, it might add just ₹10-15 crore more in India. Worldwide, hitting ₹220 crore seems tough against the ₹400 crore budget – likely a loss-maker unless OTT saves it.
