What Worked
- The fresh idea of Arishadvargas makes it stand out from regular thrillers.
- Sai Kumar’s calm yet intense acting holds the mystery together.
- Good mix of suspense and life lessons without feeling like a lecture.
What Didn’t Work
- Might be a bit slow for people wanting quick action.
- Some characters could have more backstory to connect better.
- The spiritual parts might not click with everyone.
Facts and Behind the Scenes
Director V. Jayashankarr took a big seven year break after his first film Paper Boy to make this one, calling it a spiritual experiment. He dove deep into research on Arishadvargas those six inner enemies like anger and greed by reading old books, going to places like Ramana Maharshi Ashram, and talking to gurus. This wasn’t just for the story; he wanted to show ways to control them, making the film like a helpful guide wrapped in entertainment.
What’s exciting is that even before hitting theatres, Ari won 25 awards at international spots and got thumbs up from big names like former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu. Most people don’t know the team screened it at spiritual centers, and the song ‘Chinnari Kittayya’ blew up before release. Shooting kept things simple to focus on the message, and Jayashankarr says it’s the first film ever on this theme, which has folks in Tollywood talking.
