Our Review of Usiru
Man, Usiru starts off with some intense mystery in the hills, where a cop’s life turns upside down with murders and secrets tied to his wife. Tilak Shekar nails the desperate hubby role, and the twists keep you guessing, but it drags in places. It’s like a dark chase thriller with brutal vibes, good for suspense fans, but could’ve been tighter.
What Worked
- The suspense buildup and brutal murder scenes hit hard.
- Tilak Shekar and Priya Hegde’s performances add real tension.
- Scenic hills backdrop amps up the creepy atmosphere.
What Didn’t Work
- Pacing feels uneven, some parts drag too long.
- Story gets confusing with too many twists crammed in.
- Low production values show in spots, could’ve used better polish.
