Our Review
Mannu Kya Karegga is a simple romantic drama about a college guy named Mannu who falls for a free spirited girl and finds his purpose through music and life lessons. Vyom Yadav and Saachi Bindra do okay in their roles, bringing some fresh energy, and veterans like Vinay Pathak and Kumud Mishra add nice touches. The songs are catchy, but the story feels too usual with slow parts and no big surprises, making it hard to stay hooked. It’s fine for a light watch if you like coming-of-age tales, but nothing that stands out.
What Worked
- Fresh faces with believable chemistry.
- Relatable themes self-discovery, love, expectation vs reality.
- Good support from veteran actors.
- Music by Lalit Pandit brings nostalgic flavour.
What Didn’t Work
- Predictable storyline at many points.
- Second half pacing could have been tighter.
- Lacks big scale spectacle more of an intimate drama.
