Middle Class Day 5 Box Office Collection: Early Estimates, Occupancy & Trends

Middle Class 2025

Middle Class Day 5 Box Office Collection: The Tamil family drama Middle Class, which hit theaters last Friday, saw a decent weekend but is now facing the usual weekday dip. On day 4 (Monday), it collected around ₹0.24 crore gross in India, but early estimates for day 5 (Tuesday) point to about ₹0.18 crore gross, showing a downward trend as audiences return to work and school. Still, for a small-budget film focusing on everyday struggles, it’s holding up okay in select Tamil Nadu theaters.

About Middle Class and Future Prediction

Middle Class is a heartfelt Tamil drama about Karl Marx, a regular guy in his 40s stuck in a routine job, dreaming of buying farmland back in his village. He lives with his sharp-tongued wife Anbarasi and their two kids in a modest apartment. Things flip when he gets a ₹1 crore cheque from his dad’s old good deed, but he loses it and has just two days to track it down. Starring Munishkanth, Vijayalakshmi Agathiyan, Kaali Venkat, and Radha Ravi, it’s directed by Sriram Raja and touches on family pressures and simple aspirations.

Looking ahead, the film might wrap up with around ₹3-4 crore worldwide if word-of-mouth spreads in rural areas, but with competition from bigger releases, it could struggle to break even on its ₹5 crore budget. It’s doing okay in Chennai theaters like PVR and Rohini, but needs more family crowds to push past the opening week.
