About Kalamkaval and Future Prediction

Kalamkaval is a dark crime thriller with Mammootty playing a powerful negative role opposite Vinayakan. Directed by Jithin K Jose, the film has generated solid buzz with its teaser and Mammuka’s intense look.

Advances crossed ₹2.5 Cr gross worldwide which is excellent for a non-mass commercial film. If word of mouth turns out positive, it can easily cross 80-100 Cr worldwide and become another hit for Mammootty.

Eko Day 12 Box Office Collection: Eko continued its steady second-week run on its 12th day (second Tuesday). After collecting ≈ ₹3.65 Cr on the second Monday, the film is holding decently on a regular weekday with no major new competition. About Eko and Future Prediction

Eko has turned out to be a solid sleeper hit, driven purely by strong word-of-mouth in mass circuits and decent repeat value in urban centres. The film is already profitable for most buyers and is comfortably heading towards the 125–140 Cr lifetime range in India (net), which would make it a clear HIT verdict. If it manages to hold this way in the third weekend, 150 Cr India net is also possible.

About Eko and Future Prediction

This little mystery thriller from the Kishkindha Kaandam team has turned into one of the surprise packages of 2025. Made on just ₹5 crore, it has already crossed 3x returns and still going strong with excellent audience feedback in Kerala and decent overseas response. No big competition in the coming week either.

If it keeps dropping minimally on weekdays (₹1+ cr range), the film is easily heading towards ₹28-32 crore India nett lifetime and ₹50+ crore worldwide gross – straight Super Hit verdict and one of the most profitable Malayalam films of the year.

About Eko and Future Prediction

Dinjith Ayyathan’s mystery thriller Eko, starring Sandeep Pradeep, has turned out to be one of the surprise hits of the season in Malayalam cinema. Made on a controlled budget of just ₹5 crore, the film is already a super hit and is comfortably cruising past the ₹25 crore worldwide mark in just 10 days.

With no big Malayalam release in the next week and positive talk still strong, Eko can easily add another ₹8-10 crore in the coming weeks and finish around ₹35-38 crore worldwide. A clean super hit and one of the most profitable Malayalam films of 2025.

Eko, the gripping mystery thriller directed by Dinjith Ayyathan and starring Sandeep Pradeep, has turned out to be one of the surprise hits of the season. Completing Bahul Ramesh’s acclaimed Animal Trilogy after Kishkindha Kaandam, the film has struck a chord with audiences for its tight scripting and atmospheric tension.

With practically no big competition in the coming week and very positive talk, it is comfortably heading towards ₹35-40 crore worldwide, which would make it a blockbuster in Malayalam cinema terms.

About Kaantha and Future Prediction

Kaantha is a period mystery drama set in the 1950s Madras, diving into ego clashes in the early film world and a gripping murder plot. Dulquer Salmaan shines as a superstar dealing with his mentor’s shadow, played by Samuthirakani, while Rana Daggubati and Bhagyashri Borse add depth to the story. Directed by Selvamani Selvaraj, it’s got praise for its visuals and twists, but the box office run has been okay at best.

It started strong thanks to Dulquer’s pull but slowed down with mixed word-of-mouth and tough competition. Looking ahead, it might add another ₹5-7 crore in the next week if it holds screens, but recovering the full budget looks tricky. Could end up as a break-even or slight loss, depending on OTT deals.

About Vilayath Buddha and Future Prediction

Vilayath Buddha is a gripping Malayalam action thriller based on G.R. Indugopan’s novel, centering on a tense ego clash between a retired teacher and his former student over a valuable sandalwood tree in a village setting. Starring Prithviraj Sukumaran in a powerful role as Double Mohanan, alongside Shammi Thilakan and Priyamvada Krishnan, the film explores themes of ideology, greed, and redemption.

Directed by newcomer Jayan Nambiar, it has received praise for its intense performances and raw storytelling, though some noted the runtime feels a bit stretched. With positive audience feedback and strong night shows on opening day, the movie is poised for a weekend boost, potentially crossing ₹5 Cr in India by day 3 if the trend holds. Its limited overseas release could add more with word-of-mouth.
