1+1 Offer is a low-budget Telugu comedy-thriller that attempts to bank on the “absurdist crime” genre but lacks the polish required to make the chaos engaging. The film centers on Siddhu (Nimmala Sreeram) and his friends who are so desperate for money to record a music album that they resort to a clumsy kidnapping. While the “wild turn of fate” that sees the protagonist marrying his captive and becoming a millionaire has potential for high-concept comedy, the execution feels amateurish.

The dialogue often relies on slapstick and loud reactions rather than clever situational writing, and the pacing is uneven for a film with a relatively short runtime of 1 hour and 44 minutes.
